We conducted research to find out and share with you how many gifts should be given and whether or not it is important for employees.

The role of gifts in corporate life

HR at interviews began to ask about the corporate life of companies much more often than it was 5 or more years ago. This is related to the cult of awareness of life and self-discovery. Specialists understand that they spend almost half of the day on work, which means that it should bring not only finances, but also emotional satisfaction.

An active and bright corporate life clearly distinguishes the company from competitors in the eyes of the acquirer, namely:
